Dima is very straightforward - and that's also how he describes himself. He is most interested in clean code, software architecture and security. And if something doesn't work, his ambition is to test it to the deepest level. In his free time, he likes to read, go fishing or play an exciting game.

Sven loves to optimize his development environment with Arch Linux, Neovim and i3wm. He is particularly fascinated by modern programming languages such as TypeScript, Golang and Rust. Typesafety and a good developer experience are a must for him. At home, he enjoys reading fantasy books, cooking vegan food and programming in his spare time. He also enjoys going for walks and jogging with his dog to find a balance.

Torben is a JavaScript and Typescript pro and loves anything to do with Vue.js. Apart from working as an experienced software developer, he enjoys spending time in nature, alongside nice people and great food.

Dominik's job is not about simply implementing requirements, but rather working with the team to find the best solutions. He never misses a detail and likes to dig into the technology. As a balance, Dominik enjoys traveling, especially in the mountains, and can be found on his racing bike around Hamburg in good weather.

Esther has enjoyed a career in the internet industry which lead her to founding and leading Whiskey Tango Foxtrot. She now wants to pour her heart and soul into the company and generate an unparalleled success story for everyone who is involved.

Bernd loves efficient processes - so it's no wonder that he likes to use the (digital) whiteboard to analyse workflows, improve automation and even delete code. In his free time, he enjoys being offline - ideally with music on his ears.

Tung is on fire for all things design and creativity. His strengths unfold most effectively in creative ping-pong with like-minded people who aren't afraid of unconventional ideas. When Tung is not pushing pixels, he is passionate about cooking and sports. Also, Tung is a 90s kid and grew up with the internet, so he loves pop and internet culture.

Stefan has a passion for complex topics and is a specialist in "thinking too long about variable names". He also likes to do this when he is out in nature, preferably on the water. But then he prefers to just switch off.

We all agree - Jens has rock 'n' roll in his blood. He is loud, colourful and bubbling over with new ideas. And as crazy as they may sometimes seem at first glance, he always manages to transform them into brilliant designs. When he's not losing track of time in front of Figma and Photoshop, he enjoys playing music in his free time - whether guitar, piano or electronic, the main thing is that it's somehow rocking.

Julia has devoted her career to making clients and employees happy. After being key account manager, regional director and head of HR for several e-commerce companies she has decided to live out the full potential of her passion at Whiskey Tango Foxtrot.

Thomas is passionate about holistic and user-oriented solutions. As a technical all-rounder, he covers a broad spectrum: from front-end development and databases to the role of software architect, tech lead, customer consultant and implementer. He always remains down-to-earth and pragmatic. He particularly enjoys developing full-stack in TypeScript, where he can put his skills to optimal use. Thomas appreciates open and warm people who can think outside the box. You can literally steal horses with him - honesty, openness and direct feedback are particularly important to him.

Mathias is our analytical mastermind. Sometimes it's frightening how structured he always proceeds without exception - but that's exactly his way of providing orientation for his colleagues and always keeping an overview, even when things are chaotic. Both in his work and private life, he is a fan of working with professionals and a plan - but always enjoys a certain amount of the unknown, spontaneity and iridescent new input as a balance.

Anika has a passion for helping people reach their full potential. She believes that internal and external communication is the key for individuals to connect with each other and reach their full potential. At Whiskey Tango Foxtrot, we would be nothing without her.

Yannic is passionate about TypeScript, test-driven development, continous integration/deployment. He is a fun guy who enjoys his cats, creating and listening to music as well as anything to do with food. Occasionally, you will see him passing by on his bike (if you look quickly enough).

Sergej is passionate about UI/UX design, especially typography and the role of AI in improving digital experiences. Privately, he enjoys reading, sports, traveling and music. These activities inspire Sergej's creativity and enrich his work.

Felix specializes in translating customer requirements into precise code and solving complex testing challenges. His motto is the "keep it simple, stupid" principle. Privately, he loves traveling, especially spontaneous walks without a fixed destination. Professionally, he strives for shared success and team growth.

Cora always has a very precise look and finds every bug, no matter how hidden it may be. She is a perfectionist to the core - maybe that's why she loves smart science fiction series (without logic gaps, of course!) - preferably on the subject of time travel.

Silvio is a specialist in frontend and implementing interactive designs. He feels most comfortable with React and TypeScript. His private passion is music. He regularly experiments on guitar, bass and synthesizer. With pleasure also with effect devices. For the good of all of us, Silvio should be served coffee and weights on a regular basis.

Challenging projects with a certain degree of complexity are particularly appealing to Sven. He is keen to use the right tools to make everyday work more efficient for himself and his colleagues. He is always curious and likes to try out new technologies and completely unfamiliar subject areas, because for him, you never stop learning. He also enjoys conceptual work on projects. As a passionate foodie, he enjoys combining travel with culinary discoveries and is also very passionate about cooking in his private life. In his free time, he is active in sports, whether it's basketball, a racing bike or a game of table tennis. And once he even brewed his own beer!

Steve is passionate about software development, is eager to learn and says of himself that he is a great "Erklärbär". In addition to his constant development, he tries his hand at cooking and enjoys riding his gravel bike around Hamburg.

Sven is a true techie, who has been around software development from all angles for a very long time. His heart burns for web performance, APIs and well-structured processes. He loves everything that has a microchip in it, but he loves his family, his wife and kids even more.

Writing code is for Christopher like enjoying a good glass of his favorite wine (sometimes it can also be whiskey ;) ). In his spare time, he is currently discovering „Meister Eder“ with a wholesome bit of Pumuckl in him.

Martin feels at home among the most complex Excel sheets and is a specialist for all topics related to finance and taxes. He is passionate about structuring complex topics and constantly developing his knowledge. In his time off, he can be found with his girlfriends and two dogs in a camper in the middle of nature, doing handicrafts or volunteering for the fire brigade.

Thomas has a heart for the users of his software and tries to make every feature as uncomplicated and practical as possible. In his spare time (and also in meetings) you can find him in his workshop, usually with wood or metal in his hands.

Henning is pragmatic to the core. With a straightforward view of things and his broad experience, he enriches our team. But underneath the calm façade is a great sense of humour, a heart for Star Wars and cats - oh, and the largest collection of dice on the other side of the Mississippi.

Sophie gets bored very easily and never stops to ask “why” and even more often: “why not”? As our lead of business development she will use her experience from previous career stations to help Whiskey Tango Foxtrot in always being up to date and ready for change.

Lucy is passionate about efficiency, optimization and continuous improvement. She is particularly enthusiastic about a diverse range of tasks that offers room for creativity and growth. With her broad, generalist view, she manages to build bridges between people, projects and topics, recognizing and exploiting synergy potential. In her free time, she enjoys driving around loudly singing "Bette Davis Eyes" by Kim Carnes or taking relaxed walks with her dog Pablo in the peaceful nature.

Franzi has a passion for creating projects our of vague and unconventional ideas. When she is not writing amazing frontend code, she has a passion for animals, great food and, well, very good beer. She loves to broaden her vision by traveling and spending time with her colleagues whom she loves to help and endorse.

Felix loves it busy and colourful - both professionally and in his private life. With his fullstack background, he loves to think on all levels and immerse himself in new languages, tools and frameworks, and is the happiest when everything clicks into place. In his spare time, he loves the excitement of nature and capturing it photographically - whether feeding lizards on a mountain top, diving with turtles in the sea or exploring foreign cities.

Selena is a recruiting specialist. Finding the right match for our open positions, her algorithm works better than Tinder's. Selena really likes to connect with people and is curious to learn what each:r is passionate about and discover their potential to take it forward.

Hauke has personally developed countless digital platforms in his career. Nowadays, he is busy with making sure that many others can do the same. He represents the core of Whiskey Tango Foxtrot – our technology and brilliant development teams.

Luisa is a specialist for all things concerning organization, structure and feel good topics! A good working atmosphere is particularly important to her. She has a few tricks up her sleeve for this. In her private life Luisa likes to jog or walk in the nature, there is nothing better, in wind and weather! Sport is a passion! She also loves to travel and get to know new cultures and countries.

Paul is passionate about performance and anything that makes an application fast and secure. He loves to work with Ruby, Rust or Clojure. As a balance, Paul especially enjoys spending his free time with his family, sailing and archery.

Marcel is a doer straight to the core. Weekdays he fine-tunes frontends and on weekends he crafts as a woodworm. Regardless if it's a private or a professional project - he loves challenges and the most brilliant ideas usually come to him during cycling tours with his family.

Sven specializes in simplicity and loves the moment when things "click". He likes to get to the bottom of things and pass on his knowledge as simply and comprehensibly as possible. It is his conviction that you have to understand things in detail in order to really master them. That's exactly how he writes his code: simple, easy to communicate and easy to understand. Outside of work, he enjoys sports, especially climbing, bouldering and running, and likes to go to concerts. He also enjoys the outdoors and loves to go hiking.

Sören is passionate about straightforward code, preferably in Typescript. In the course of his professional life, he has been involved in the implementation of countless customer portals for companies from a wide range of industries (car manufacturers, telecommunications providers, insurance companies and banks). In his private time, he can be found in the countryside with his family or in his workshop at work with a saw and screwdriver.

Felix is passionate about modern web technologies such as TypeScript, React and GraphQL. His focus is on structured teamwork and process optimization, using "Design Thinking" and "Lean Startup" as concrete methods. He is passionate about finding creative solutions to complex problems. In his spare time, he is an ambitious carpenter and has his own furniture line. He enjoys working on his bike more than riding it himself. Private projects that suddenly pop up and demand his full attention fascinate him and stimulate his creativity.

Lukasz has a creative mind for design concepts and digital UX/UI solutions, always with a weakness for punchy beats and clearly structured user interfaces. He always has ideas in his sleeve and keeps track of complex topics and sophisticated user guidance. When he's not working on the drums, he likes to pick up a hammer and saw to optimize the UX/UI around the house and in the garden. Digital meets craftsmanship - the important thing is that he can create something! He is also a versatile hobby jack-of-all-trades and likes to try his hand at a wide variety of things.

It's hard to imagine the digital industry without Björn. All the better that he can pursue his passion for innovative and ambitious projects as managing director of Whiskey Tango Foxtrot with his team.

Sascha is passionate about the overlap between innovation, coding and automation, and his heart beats faster when it comes to Kubernetes, AWS and Infastructure-as-a-Code. If not even somersaults. When he' s not diving into the latest trends in this field, he prefers to spend time with his children. Whether he's crafting or playing football - as long as it's in nature.

Ulli and Günter lovingly ensure that our office sparkles and functions perfectly at all times. With craftsmanship and an eye for detail, they are not only professionally committed, but also active around their new house and garden.

Chris is passionate about tricky tasks that have a lot to offer. More than that, he loves to solve them. And when he's not learning the ropes of the next challenge, he likes to keep himself busy with automation. In his private life, he usually spends time with his family or in front of a big pile of sushi.

The ice cream is sometimes vanilla, sometimes chocolate - and the software, sometimes simple, sometimes complex, always different. Eric is passionate about both. And regardless of whether it's culinary or coding - for him it's all about understanding how things really work. And when he's not looking behind the curtain as a developer, he likes to sit in front of it as a passionate cineaste.

Johannes describes his job as building modern software solutions in a creative and goal-oriented way. He moves seamlessly between frontend applications, backend services and underlying infrastructure. Johannes loves investigating things until the most complex problem becomes simple and the most chaotic requirement becomes structured.
