Senior UX/UI Designer

Whiskey Tango Foxtrot is an independent tech company specializing in all things web and digital.

Therefore, we are always on the lookout for great new colleagues. We promote the personal freedom and flexibility of our team members. If they wish, they can work from anywhere in the world. It just needs to be ensured that GDPR standards and service times for our (mostly European) customers and teams are met.

These tasks are waiting for you:

As a senior UX/UI designer, you will develop completely new solutions for our clients from exciting industries or optimize existing ones and make them significantly better for the users out there. You will not only do this with well thought-out concepts, but also with the help of prototypes, user stories, customer journeys, personas and usage scenarios that will capture the interest of both your fellow developers and our customers. We will certainly also need your skills for internal projects, which will always put us in pole position with existing or potential new customers. We also look forward to your support in the further development of measures for our corporate communication. Do you like to work alone and concentrate? Okay, but you are at least as much of a team player and love working in cross-functional teams, preferably collaboratively. Then you've come to the right place, because we have daily design reviews and pairing sessions with our designers, who challenge each other and their designs and give each other feedback - straight from the heart. Are you really up for it? Then we look forward to meeting you!

These are your competences!

  • You have several years of experience as a UX/UI designer for e-commerce websites, system interfaces, apps, etc.
  • You are enthusiastic about (digital) business models and always keep an eye on the big picture
  • A very good feel for intuitive user interfaces, visual design and technological feasibility as well as experience in the conception and implementation of realistic UX prototypes and user-centered design methods are also part of your profile
  • You want to bring all UIs in line with really good design and can always go the extra mile
  • You are proficient in building, maintaining and developing sustainable design systems and can teach your colleagues a thing or two
  • You have a strong knowledge of common accessibility and usability standards
  • You have a technical understanding for a secure and solution-oriented exchange with frontend developers
  • Testing and QA are a matter of course for you
  • Figma and tools such as Adobe CC are not new territory for you
  • You are communicative, confident with presentations and enjoy working for and with our customers and partners
