Do you want to take digital marketing to the next level? Perfect! Your job is to develop and implement innovative strategies to make brands - both ours and those of our partners - visible and generate leads. You will manage all relevant digital channels - from social media and content creation to performance, affiliate and email marketing, SEO and SEA. Branding and corporate design are not just buzzwords for you, but an integral part of your work. You ensure that campaigns convey a strong brand message, optimize for search engines with smart AI tools and rely on data-driven decisions to maximize performance. KPIs are not just numbers for you - you use them to uncover optimization potential and make smart decisions. You work closely with internal teams, external agencies and our partners and bring in fresh ideas to stay one step ahead.
These are your competences!
- You have several years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in a digital agency or as a service provider.
- You are very familiar with content creation and social media. You also have in-depth knowledge of performance marketing, SEO and SEA.
- Ideally, you already have experience with branding and building brands.
- You are confident in using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Analytical thinking and data-based decision-making are part of your skillset.
- You have leadership skills and the ability to develop a team.
- You bring creativity, strategic thinking and a feel for digital trends.
- Good German and English skills
