Together with the Emilia team, we have implemented exciting new updates since our last release that make the service even more user-friendly and accessible for both end customers and brokers. Continuous user feedback and in-depth UX analyses are integrated into regular updates, further enhancing the intuitive user experience. The results speak for themselves: Compared to the previous year, customer growth has increased by over 250%. Today, we work with a steadily growing number of approximately 550 brokers – another clear indication that we are on the right track and that success and continuous development are progressing.

Payments with Emilia are now even easier – thanks to a dedicated QR billing system. True to Emilia's philosophy: simple, fast, and no frills.
3. Streamlined application process for brokers – Now with a landlord option
The application process for brokers has been further optimized to make it even more efficient. A new landlord option has been added to the application process, catering specifically to the needs of commercial customers.
4. Expanded features in the portal – More control for brokers
The broker portal has been expanded with numerous features that make daily tasks easier for users. Brokers can now independently manage their staff structure, view contracts, and carry out mandate changes, all without additional assistance. More control, more time for what matters.
