What Has Happened So Far

Founded in April 2022, Renowate pursues the goal of making the energy-efficient renovation of existing buildings more efficient and more holistic – with more speed and less CO₂. To achieve this goal, the company relies on serial integrated system solutions that combine everyday usability with strategic foresight. Since September 2022, Renowate and Whiskey Tango Foxtrot have been working together to develop digital tools and solutions that make Renowate’s approach more scalable.

Who’s Doing What – and Why It Works Together

Renowate, a joint venture between LEG and Rhomberg Bau, brings the vision and operational drive. termios, a sister company under the LEG umbrella, uses the platform to digitally coordinate appointments with tenants for the installation of smart thermostats. Dekarbo, also a sister company, relies on the portal as well – demonstrating just how versatile and scalable the solution really is. telli acts as the technology partner enabling voice-based interaction. Whiskey Tango Foxtrot has been on board from day one: conceptually, technically, and methodically. Not loud, but essential – right where strategy meets technology.

From Idea to Application: Tenant Portal & Voice Agent

Renowate’s tenant portal is the central digital interface for all tenants in the renovation process. Here, they select appointments, provide availability, and stay informed about progress – clearly, simply, and in plain language. It also offers access to documents, a messaging function, and a personal profile. The goal: noticeable relief for site management and real participation for tenants.

Whiskey Tango Foxtrot developed the portal together with Renowate – from conception to technical implementation, including UX design and system integration.

The voice agent, developed with telli, supports the portal’s scheduling functions – automated and by phone. Based on a personalized token, no login required. Just call, schedule, done. Especially important for people with limited access to digital tools. Technically, the agent is modular and adaptable to other areas of use.
