Co-Founding in action: Emilia AG

2 MEUR Investment – a new standard in legal protection

Whiskey Tango Foxtrot and Emilia AG have jointly reimagined Swiss legal protection insurance – digital, barrier-free and accessible to everyone.

The Challenge.

Legal protection was either unaffordable or too complex for many people. High costs, complicated language and technical barriers made it hard to access legal support. The founders of Emilia wanted to change that – with a fully digital, easy-to-understand and inclusive insurance solution.

Our Solution.

While Emilia’s founding team consisted of just two people, Whiskey Tango Foxtrot developed the entire tech platform, built the brand and designed the marketing strategy in parallel. On top of that, we provided HR and office management infrastructure to support the operational setup.

The Result.

Just six months after kickoff, Emilia went live – as Switzerland’s first fully digital, accessible legal protection insurance. Since its launch in 2022, the company has firmly established itself in the market, generated millions in revenue and set new standards for the entire industry.

Our Takeaway.

Without Whiskey Tango Foxtrot’s investment of nearly 2 million euros in unpaid services – in exchange for company shares – Emilia probably wouldn’t exist in this form today.
